After completing  undergraduate training as amedical doctor in 2007, Dr Vivian Kgatle completed internship andcommunity service at Helen Joseph Hospital andBaragwanath hospital respectively.Her love for business and medicine led her to leave thetraditional hospital path and combine her two passionsthrough obtaining post graduate training inOccupational Health and business management,thereafter joining the corporate sector at AngloAmerican's Platinum and Kumba operations as an OMPShe then founded an Occupational Health and Safetycompany in 2012,which offers services to mining,construction,renewable energy and the rail transportsectors, operating both fixed and mobile clinicsthroughout South Africa.

Mr. Liu Song is a highly accomplished geological expert with nearly two decades of professional experience in mineral exploration, resource evaluation, and geological consulting. As a Senior Consultant at Peakpoint Advisory, he brings with him a global perspective and a proven track record, having led or participated in more than 150 exploration and development projects across China, Southeast Asia, Central Asia, Africa, and Oceania.

Mr. Liu’s presence reinforces Peakpoint Advisory’s commitment to delivering high-impact, technically robust, and globally informed consulting services to our mining and exploration clients.

Mr. Liu specializes in the exploration of a broad range of mineral commodities including iron, manganese, copper, gold, lead-zinc, bauxite, and antimony. He has played a pivotal role in the strategic planning and execution of national and provincial exploration programs, many of which received “Excellent” ratings in both field execution and technical review. His deep expertise is particularly evident in his work across key mining jurisdictions such as Gabon, South Africa, Nigeria, and Myanmar.In addition to solid mineral exploration, Mr. Liu has significant experience in liquid mineral projects including groundwater and geothermal exploration. He has led large-scale ecological and hydrogeological restoration programs, emphasizing the integration of environmental sustainability into resource development. Mr. Liu has served in multiple senior roles, including Deputy Chief Engineer of a major Chinese geological bureau, Chief Engineer of a multinational mining group, and technical director of international projects. He is recognized for his multidisciplinary approach—integrating geology, geophysics, 3D modeling, software automation, and field validation—driving modernization in geological practices.His contributions have been recognized with numerous awards, such as the National Second Prize in Non-Ferrous Metal Prospecting, the Special Contribution Award for Mineral Discovery in Gabon, and Innovation Awards in geological project design. He has authored over ten technical papers in leading geoscience journals.
